You will be responsible for ensuring our warehouse dock area is organised efficiently and perform other warehouse activities including;

  • Loading and unloading of stock from trucks and containers.
  • Maintaining all consumables.
  • Assisting in the warehouse with forklift and high reach work.
  • Putting away bulk pallets.
  • Palletising stock.
  • Picking and packing of stock.
  • Loading and unloading of Containers
  • General cleaning of warehouse areas.
  • General maintenance of warehouse equipment.

You will need to;

  • Have a valid High Reach Forklift License
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in High Reach and Counter balance Forklift operation.
  • Possess solid experience in warehouse roles.
  • Be physically fit, self-motivated, reliable and willing to work hard.
  • Have a stable work history.
  • Demonstrate an excellent attendance record.
  • Have a high attention to detail with good communication skills.
  • Be dedicated to working in a safe manner and satisfying customer needs.

The role:

In this crucial role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Speaking with end-users to identify faults
  • Validating and processing warranty claims through to completion.
  • Handling technical enquiries via phone and by email
  • Arranging product service and repairs where necessary.
  • Liaising with suppliers and other internal departments.
  • Dealing with all after sales support inquiries via phone, fax and email.

Your Profile:

Due to the diversity of our products, you will be curious and passionate about all things technical and you will have:

  • A proven track record in customer service and providing outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Strong problem solving and investigative skills.
  • A background or interest in mechanics, engineering, manufacturing and/or technical service.
  • Have an understanding of 12V electrical systems (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
